In order to support our challenging business goal, we are looking for qualified candidates for:

1. Line Supervisor
Report to:
Production Executive
Role: Manage and control production activity of production line and in own shift to achieve KPIs, M&W and SPVB Quality Standard while ensure full compliance to H&S, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Recon standard.
Responsibility
- Organize and supervise production activity of production line and in own shift to ensure compliance with all H&S regulations, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Recon
- Manage and develop production workforce. Direct coaching technicians and operators to achieve performance standards.
- Sustain and improve Production KPIs of production line and in own shift, including: Volume, Productivity, Line efficiency, Downtime, Yield Loss, Production breakage/waste, etc.
- Tracking KPIs and conduct reports
- Other duties and projects as assigned by line manager
Requirements
- Technical University graduation, major in Mechanical/Electric/Automation/Food Technology
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in current position or the same scope, preferably in Line production/ factory control in Beverage or Food plant / Milk. GMP, HACCP, 5S, H&S knowledge is an advantage
- Good communication, management, leadership and influencing skill
- Responsibility and ability to work under high pressure in a fast paced, changing work environment
- Good computing skill
Be able to communicate in English

2. Maintenance Supervisor
Report to:
Maintenance Executive
Location: Can Tho Plant
Role: Supervise maintenance tasks in own shift and area; and lead mechanics activities in plant
Responsibility
- Manage, control and supervise maintenance tasks, workforce, spare parts in own shift and area to ensure equipment stability, efficiency, productivity and quality as per SPVB standard. Coordinate with other departments to solve related issues and problems
- Develop, implement and monitor mechanics strategies. Provide technical support with issue related to mechanics to all departments
- Coordinate with Preventive Maintenance to build and execute preventive maintenance plan in own shift and area
- Improve KPIs (OEE, productivity, energy usage, etc.) through enhancing maintenance processes to identify opportunities for equipment or process modification, equipment replacement, or application of new technology.
- Actively develop and implement cost savings initiatives through an active partnership with Maintenance team and other departments
- Build capability of maintenance technicians in mechanics
- Support Health and Safety department in: issuing work permit, correcting unsafe conditions, enhancing the safety and health of our employees and ensuring compliance with OHSAS regulations.
- Make shift reports, troubleshooting reports, timesheet reports and other reports as required
- Other duties as assigned by Line manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical engineering
- At least 3 years experience in industrial environment, preferably in consumer’ goods or food and beverage
- Be able to communicate in English, especially technical English
- Proactive, able to work under high pressure and in shift
- Strong ownership and planning skill
- Project and people management experience is preferable

3. QC Supervisor
Role:
Manage and control quality activities in shift to ensure overall quality of raw material, work in process and finished products in accordance with Suntory PepsiCo standards
Job Description
- Supervise and lead QC Technicians to achieve individual and department goals in shift.
- Support Quality Control Manager/ Quality Control Executive to sustain and improve Quality KPIs, include managing operating cost within budget: machinery/equipment/tools, chemicals, overtime, outside services
- Maintain the HACCP Plan to ensure food safety. Ensure strict GMP adherence.
- Provide on-time quality services to internal customers
- Maintain performance of the physico-chemical laboratory (sampling, testing and verification) at a satisfactory level
- Support Quality Control Executive to performs corrective action/preventative actions (CAPA) investigations.
- Conducts internal compliance audits regarding documentation, inspection lines, manufacturing processes
- Responsible for internal/external audits on quality system.
- Ensures routine and non-routine QC clearance verification in manufacturing
Requirements
- University graduate or higher in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Food Processing/Food Technology or related majors
- At least 3 years experienced in quality control at supervisory level
- Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP and understanding of statistic control tools
- Customer oriented, quality driven
- Willing to learn, good teamwork
- Able to work in shift and under high pressure
- Be able to communicate in English and good at computing skill

4. Preventive Maintenance Planner
Report to:
Preventive Maintenance Executive
Responsibility
- Drive Preventive Maintenance Plan by developing, monitoring and following up master preventive maintenance schedule for all machines and equipment in plant
- Partner with Matenance technician / supervisor to achieve individual and department goals
- Ensure all necessary spare parts, equipment, services and documentation are available to perform maintenance work prior to preventive maintenance schedule
- Assist Preventive Maintenance Executive in cost control through budget management
- Record and support Preventive Maintenance Executive to control key KPI of Maintenance (OEE)
- Work with maintenance supervisors to schedule appropriate resources to perform maintenance tasks safely and efficiently
- Assists in analyzing causes of machine breakdown
- Administrate computerized maintenance management system (CMMS);
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Preventive Maintenance Executive
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline, Mechanical is preferred
- Computer literacy, proficiency in AutoCad, CMMS knowledge is an advantage
- At least 2 years in similar position in industrial environment, with strong maintenance knowledge
- Able to communicate in Enghlish, especially technical English
- Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage is an advantage

5. Utility Supervisor
Report to: Maintenance Manager
Role:
- Manage, control and supervise Utility tasks, workforce, spare parts in own shift and area to ensure equipment stability, efficiency, productivity and quality as per SPVB standard. Coordinate with other departments to solve related issues and problems.
- Improve KPIs (OEE, Quality, energy usage, etc.)
- Responsible for testing pressure equipments and verification of these equipments.
- Coordinate with Preventive Maintenance to build and execute preventive maintenance in own shift and area
- Make shift reports, troubleshooting reports, timesheet reports and other reports as required
- Other duties as assigned by Line manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Thermal engineering
- Having certification of operating boiler and pressure equipments.
- At least 3 years experience in industrial environment, preferably in consumer’ goods or food and beverage
- Be able to communicate in English, especially technical English
- Proactive, able to work under high pressure and in shift
- Strong ownership and planning skill
- Project and people management experience is preferable
